I have been a Losch customer for several years and found them to be very professional, responsive and attentive to detail. They are very safety conscious and provide quality service using only quality parts. Losch gets the job done quickly, more importantly, they do it correctly.
Technicians are knowledgeable. Entire staff is friendly, courteous, and responds quickly. All your plumbing, heating, and remodeling projects are taken care of with great workmanship. Snow plow removal and snow shovel removal is also available. All your needs handled in just one call. Highly recommend.
In my profesional life, I deal with many contractors and can honestly say that Losch is one of the most upstanding and professional businesses that I have dealt with. They make doing business an enjoyable experience.
Dishonest, overpriced, and poor workmanship. Butch took advantage of the short timeframe that I had to replace the sanitary drains in our house. He refused to provide an itemized quote for the work ( I made several requests before and after the job). They charged me $1,702 for less than 4 hours of work (two guys). Materials at Lowes: 3"x10' pipe $9.68, two 4"x10' pipe $20.76, 2"x10' pipe $9.12, two 45 elbows $2.89 each, 3" sanitary tee $4.43, 3"x3" elbow w/ 2" low heel inlet $9.09, three Fernco couplers $20.18, maybe a few fittings that I missed. Total materials: $99.80 or so. The $1,600 balance for 8 hours of labor. You'd think making $200/hour that the job would be done right but they glued the pipes so that it stuck out 1/2" past the drywall. I had to have one of them return to fix the botched job so that I could repair the wall. He used a Fernco to stretch the pipe and graciously commented that he wouldn't charge me for the work. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Don't believe anything Butch says.
The techs (Justin and Larry) made a great team and worked very hard to resolve unforeseen problems. Special thanks to Larry for jumping in (literally) and saving the day and me money.
