Contract signed May 9 but work not scheduled to start until Aug 28 with completion due Sep 8. Work didn't start until Oct 3 and not completed until Nov 16. Calls often not returned resulting in two trips to the office to get answers. Work quality was good but scheduling and communication was terrible.
This was a family-owned-and-operated business and you can tell by the personalization you received when just calling. The roofing and window products Were Far Beyond anyone else's quality. And they back it up with a lifetime transferable warranty.
Very Flexible and went above and beyond to make my house look great! Would recommend again.

Estimator took way too much time at our house and was obviously looking to get us to do more than just our roof which is all we want. Then the estimate came in much higher than two other estimates we had over the last month and half. When we said we would have to wait until the spring and told them that we had lower estimates, we were told that they would call us in the spring and that they may have some better deals then. They must not want the business since there was not even an attempt at price negotiation.
