The owner and staff at Kwik Klean & Lube are great! I have taken several of my vehicles there for repair and hitch work. The pricing is fair and their work is exceptional. Highly recommend!
This place is a joke! A rip off! If you have extra money to spend, by all means check them out. They add so many extra charges on your bill that you might suffer a heart attack when you pick up your vehicle, so be sure to have an AED ready! Oh, and be sure to inspect your vehicle when you get it back, because things can be missing, or broken and they have a "no liability promise!" There are other choices for service that are so much better. I'm waiting for the bill for the toilet paper I used, to show up! Seriously folks, this is NO WAY to treat customers. I've heard bad reports, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now that I've voiced my unhappiness with my friends and family, I've heard so much more negative things. I'm putting this out there so more don't fall victim to what I did, and find out AFTER the fact!!! If I could give NO STARS...it would be fitting, but it won't let me!
I continue to take all my vehicles here. I have had an engine replaced, hitch work put on and repaired, many oil changes, electrical work and even front end alignments. All the work was done properly and at a very fair price. Very happy.
My wife and I have our cars serviced by Kwik Kleen and Lube since they opened. They are honest, dependable and provide service the old fashioned way by satisfying the customer. My van is in their shop right now. I already know 2 things about the repairs they're doing for me. 1. They'll do the job right. 2. The price will be right. I'm thankful for the "peace of mind" I have knowing I'm dealing with honest people.
I've been going to Kwik Klean since I moved to the area back in 2011. So refreshing to have a knowledgeable, experience mechanic that does not rip me off. The owner and crew are always friendly and very accommodating. Sorry you guys have idiots like PaNative to deal with that just like to complain and expect stuff for free. I highly recommend you guys to everyone.
