Parts department killed any chance of me coming back to this dealership. I called 24 hours in advanced to get a key cut. Told to come around 9am and would take 15 minutes. When I arrive, the parts "consultant" had more important matters that required me standing there for 3-5 minutes then proceeded to tell me it would take until after 1-2 to get key replaced. Came to bob weavers in pottsville and they cut a key in 5 minutes.
